Main Campus Semester – Valid for Fall OR Spring semester only. Fall permits will expire on January 15. Spring permits will expire on May 31. This permit is NOT valid in North Quad Housing, Promontory Housing or Frederick Park, or Schoonover Park (East Campus) Housing.

Main Campus Academic – Valid for Fall AND Spring semesters this permit will expire on May 31. This permit is NOT valid in North Quad Housing, Promontory Housing, Frederick Park, or Schoonover Park (East Campus) Housing.

Main Campus Annual – Valid for FALL, SPRING and SUMMER. The permit expires on August 31. This permit is NOT valid in North Quad Housing, Promontory Housing or Frederick Park, or Schoonover Park (East Campus) Housing.

Main Campus Summer – The Summer permit is valid for SUMMER session only and expires on August 31. This permit is NOT valid in North Quad Housing, Promontory Housing or Frederick Park, or Schoonover Park (East Campus) Housing.

North Quad Permits – North Quad semester permit is valid for Fall OR Spring semester only. Fall permits will expire on January 15 and Spring permits will expire on May 31. North Quad Academic permit is valid for Fall AND Spring semesters and will expire on May 31. North Quad permits are available ONLY for North Quad residents and are NOT valid outside of North Quad parking lots 300 and 301. If you are a resident and are not given access to purchase this type of permit, email parking@csumb.edu and include your OtterID in the email.

Promontory Permits – Promontory semester permit is valid for Fall OR Spring semester only. Fall Permits expire on January 15 and Spring permits expire on May 31. Promontory Academic permit is valid for both Fall AND Spring semesters and expire on May 31. A limited number of permits are available each semester. Purchasing a permit DOES NOT guarantee parking in the Promontory parking lot. Overflow parking is available in North Quad Lot 301 with a Promontory permit. Promontory permits are available ONLY to Promontory residents and is ONLY valid in Promontory and Lot 301. The Promontory permit is NOT valid in other main campus parking lots, North Quad Lot 300 or East Campus. Motorcycle – Motorcycle permits are only valid on two-wheel motor driven vehicles. Motorcycle permits are not valid on four wheel vehicles.

Frederick Park – Residents of Frederick Park can order their free residential permit by clicking on the Buy Permit button. This permit is only available to residents of Frederick Park. This permit is only valid in Frederick Park Housing areas and is NOT valid in Schoonover Park, Main Campus, North Quad or Promontory parking lots. If you are a resident and are not given access to purchase this type of permit, email parking@csumb.edu and include your OtterID in the email.

Schoonover Park Permits – Can be obtained at the Greystar Company located at 601 Thomas Court. Permits are only issued to vehicles registered to the residents of each unit. There is no charge for Schoonover Park permits. Schoonover Park permits are not valid in Frederick Park, Main Campus, North Quad or Promontory parking lots.
